In terms of statistics, this Chargers offense is actually not terrible. They have two issues, and that is with turnovers and scoring TDs when they're in the red zone. Both of these are fixable issues, although for them to be fixed requires some advanced-level coaching. If they can manage to fix them before the Bears game, they stand a good chance of putting lots of points on the board.
The Bears defense might not be as fearsome as I've made them out to be earlier this week, but they might be that fearsome against an offensive line as battered and bruised as the one San Diego is trotting out for this game. The Bears play less Cover 2 than they used to, but they still play it a lot to avoid giving up big passing plays. Their DBs and LBs are also pretty good at creating turnovers. If you can avoid putting the ball into the hands of the defense, though, you can move the ball downfield and score on the Bears D.
Here's to hoping that Norv Turner has adjusted his gameplan in a way that covers up for the mismatches along the line when his offense is on the field.
