I've found links to this (AdamJT13) guy's projections for the last few years. This year he started a blog to centralize it all. He's pretty accurate. The NFL keeps their calculations secret and announces the results closer to the draft so this is our only insight into the process. He is basically projecting that we'll get a 7th round pick. Here's a quotes from his blog concerning the Bolts:

"For San Diego, Igor Olshanky's value as a player lost is on the borderline of the fifth and sixth rounds, and Kevin Burnett's value as a player signed is on the borderline of the sixth and seventh rounds. My projections put both of them in the sixth round, leaving the Chargers with a seventh-round comp pick for Mike Goff. However, if the values of Olshansky or Burnett – or both – do not fall in the sixth round, the Chargers will receive a comp pick for Olshansky instead of one for Goff. The placement of that pick will depend on whether Olshansky's value falls in the fifth round or the sixth round."

According NFL.com's Steve Wyche Charlie Clipboard is just trying to decided whether he wants to go to the Seahawks or Cardinals. Once he signs an offer sheet the Chargers have 7 days to match, but they probably won't. Not matching would result in a 3rd round pick from the Cardinals or some other sort of compensation from the Seahawks (they don't have a 3rd round pick).

According to three people with knowledge of the process, Tomlinson has decided to become a New York Jet.

"It's 100 percent," one source said. "Done deal."

The deal is expected to be announced today or tomorrow.

One source cautioned late last night that a decision has not yet been officially made. But the others said today that Tomlinson has let people know he is going to New York.
