VIDEO: Security Footage from Thomas Keiser's bar fight

Jody Gomez-USA TODAY Sports

Security footage from Chargers LB Thomas Keiser's bar fight, that lead to an untimely arrest with the team heading into the playoffs, has surfaced and it doesn't look good.

Back in December, just a few days before the San Diego Chargers were set to take on the Cincinnati Bengals in the playoffs, Outside Linebacker Thomas Keiser was arrested for reportedly getting into a fight outside of the 'Barleymash' bar downtown.

Here's what we wrote:

San Diego Police have reported that Keiser and another man at the restaurant got into an altercation that escalated into a fight. The other man received minor injuries in the fight and declined medical treatment.

Keiser was arrested, and let go a day later after paying an $8,000 bail.

A few days later, more reports came out suggesting that Keiser had been ejected from the bar after getting into an argument, and waited outside for the person to exit the bar before physically attacking him. Keiser plead not guilty to the original charges, and eventually agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanor battery.

This clip from the security cameras, obtained by 10News and shared with us, seems to support that story. Watch as Keiser pops out from a hiding spot after the victim walks by, and immediately puts the man in a choke hold before throwing him to the ground.

10News will have the full video (the above is just a small snippet) of the altercation on the 11pm news report tonight.
