Chip Kelly, Eagles giving Chargers fans fits already - Matthew T. Hall (paywall)
Wait we found a believer! Or is this in a sarcastic font?

ReFo: HOU @ SD, Week 1 - Sam Monson
Freeney earned his +6.1 grade by notching a sack, two knockdowns and six further pressures, largely against Duane Brown, one of the league’s best left tackles, and looking every inch the Pro-Bowl player. His inside move remained his strength, only this time it was without his trademark spin for the most part. Dwight Freeney is back, and he can still kill your left tackle.

3 Questions (Chargers vs. Texans) - Ben Higgins
Are the Chargers one of the worst teams in the NFL? No, they aren't. As depressing and disturbing as last night's second half collapse was, the Chargers showed they have the talent to compete...and succeed...against one of the NFL's best rosters. If the Chargers can stay relatively healthy, they should be able to put together some wins and compete with just about any team in the league. Of course, if they suffer a bunch of injuries, all bets are off.

32 Observations, Week 1 - Nathan Jahnke
San Diego Chargers: Pass rusher Dwight Freeney had nine overall pressures in his Chargers debut, which was the most he has had since Week 2 of the 2010 season when the Giants and Colts played. It was also the second most for all Week 1 pass rushers.

Upon Further Review: Chargers Week 1 - Bill Williamson
The Chargers improved on third down defensively some last year after finishing dead last in the NFL in 2011. But the Texans came back fueled on third-down success Monday night. The Texans converted on third-and-18 and third-and-13 during the comeback. This is a good, solid defense. But destructing on third-and-long is no way to build a winner. There are many reasons Houston came back. But it all started on third down.
