Draft Fantasy

According to Rob Rang's article at CBS.com (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/blog/rob-rang/22037047/nfl-draft-yearfive-option-makes-qbs-more-valuable), the new CBA provides financial leverage to teams which draft a quarterback in slots 11-32 in the first round, and therefore, it makes those potentially more valuable than picks 1-10 (assuming your guy is still available at #11).

It seems to add some intrigue regarding potential trade options/partners for the Chargers, and how much that #11 spot might be worth above and beyond the current Draft Value Matrix.
