The San Diego Chargers have posted the full video of new Head Coach Mike McCoy's introductory press conference on their website. You can view it here.

If you saw it live, you'll probably want to watch it again. It was that good.

If you didn't see it live, make sure you're sitting down because you're about to be blown away by a coach that demands the attention of everyone in the room.

Here are some stats that we maybe haven't yet mentioned:

McCoy has been the Offensive Coordinator for the Denver Broncos for four seasons. Before that, he went to the Super Bowl as the Quarterbacks Coach for John Fox and the Carolina Panthers.

As a player, he was a Quarterback for the Long Beach State 49ers and Utah Utes before a short career in the CFL with the Amsterdam Admirals and Calgary Stampeders.

When we start looking for McCoy to hire an Offensive Coordinator, we'll probably end up looking at guys that focus on the QB and the passing game instead of the former Offensive Linemen (Mike Tice comes to mind) that would rather run the ball on each down.
