(Jake Roth-US PRESSWIRE)
The first Yahoo! Fantasy Football I posted filled up fast, so as I promised there will be a second league. I'll be monitoring the username and email addresses of those that enter the second league so that no one can double up and play in both leagues. So, please, don't bother trying to get an fantasy football fix this way. Last year's champion, It's OK To Be Takeo, has already joined the league and looks to defend the title.
The rules for this league are the same as the other. As a reminder, as the commissioner I have the power to run the league however I like. So the settings are the ones that I find interesting. If you don't like them, you don't have to play. Same goes for the draft date. I've scheduled this one so that you can have in the background an NFL Network aired Texans-Panthers preseason game: Saturday, August 11, 4:30 pm. If you can't make that draft time, I highly suggest you don't enter. The leagues are more fun when everybody is at the draft and everybody plays all season. If that's not going to be you, then don't join.
Here are the key settings I'll be going with this season: 12 teams, 2 divisions, 4 playoff spots. It's a PPR league, but only .25 points per reception. Yes, decimals count. QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF are the starting spots with 2 IR and 6 bench. I'm not going to claim the rest of the settings are the defaults, but they shouldn't matter to much.
The URL, LeagueID and password are after jump.
