Last night, the San Diego Chargers held one of their two annual preseason practices at Qualcomm Stadium. This was the one done at night for those that don't want to deal with all of the kids that will be there on Saturday.
Unfortunately, I was not able to attend, but that didn't stop me from catching up on what had happened using Twitter . After the jump, I've picked out for you all of the important tweets sent out from the Chargers' media before, during and after last night's practice, just in case you also couldn't be there.

Brandon Taylor is here, ready to get started... #sdtc12 http://pic.twitter.com/9B2x19JdRicky Henne
Ryan Mathews is back in pads for tonight's practice... #sdtc12 http://pic.twitter.com/UsgkPUlFRicky Henne
I guess Mathews' is feeling fine after his automobile accident.
Whitehurst, Gilchrist, Goodman, Bigby, English working off to the side. Gaither is present but not working. Still haven't seen RoyalMarty Caswell
Here's your list of "guys that were injured before practice". English will seemingly never be healthy again, and Bigby being sidelined already is not a good sign.
Antonio Gates practices his blocking techniques... #sdtc12 http://pic.twitter.com/TimVhF0ORicky Henne
Small tussle on the field. Baxter and Mouton. It's football, baby. #chargersSharon Annie H.
One of the worst parts about the Chargers drafting
David Molk is that both him and Colin Baxter can't both make the team.
Ronnie Brown seeing all the first-team reps in the Chargers' two-minute offense. Mathews working with 2s.Michael Gehlken
This makes sense. Because they don't love his blocking and want to reduce wear and tear, Mathews has always been pretty absent from the 2-minute offense.
Just to give u an idea how outdated/old Qualcomm stadium is, the tv's in the tunnels (bowels) have knobs http://mypict.me/nfEdOMarty Caswell
Absolutely fantastic.
Good look at Chargers kickers. Kaeding and Novak each attempted five field goals, rotating turns. Length ranged from 33 to 53. Both 5-for-5.Michael Gehlken
Even though Novak perfect, Kaeding adds to his edge in competition whenever he proves he's heathy and back to form.Michael Gehlken
Roscoe Parrish spent some time in training room. Looks okay.Scott Bair
Only important because Parrish seems to need to be at 100% to be effective.
Robert Meachem able to walk off the sideline on his own power. Headed to locker room.Michael Gehlken</div><div>Uh oh.</div><div>Cornerback Antoine Cason also missed end of practice with injury. Norv Turner: "I don't think it's serious."Michael Gehlken</div><div>Ah, the panic that comes with cuts and scratches in the preseason.</div><div>This Meachem thing is much ado about nothing. Just being careful cause he's had issues with the knee before. Gonna be fine.Scott Bair</div><div>Hey, there, Mr. Level-Headed. Knock that off.</div><div>Ryan Mathews returned to practice last night, but Robert Meachem limped off w/ knee injury. Yikes. Meachem supposedly ok. But Bolts cursed.UTKevinAcee</div><div>Big Time Feature-Writing Kevin Acee adds his two cents at the end of the night. Wait, did he say cursed? FOR SHAME.</div>
