Our fearless leader is still gone, so this is still my responsibility for another day. Today we discuss Le Tour De France. The Grand Départ is tomorrow and I'd just like to take this opportunity to say I'm picking Cadel Evans to win this year. People smarter than I have told me they like Bradley Wiggins of Great Britain to take home the maillot jaune. He's been on a tear of late, so that's certainly a reasonable prediction, but I like Evans. And that's actually as much as I have to say about the tour right now, so I guess I need another topic.

Hmm... Rats are an underrated animal. They actually show empathy by freeing their trapped companions. People like to think that's something unique to people, but not so. Science! Also, they make fantastic pets unlike hamsters. They're awesome and you should totally look into replacing your crappy pets with a far superior rat.
