Not a ton of San Diego Chargers news today, but the team did sign an undrafted free agent (CB Arthur Hobbs) and a former Chiefs practice squad player (DT Garrett Brown). Hobbs is a San Diegan, which is probably a big reason he was signed. Both guys should be viewed as camp fodder until they prove otherwise.
