"I'm still here, neener-neener neeeener!" - US PRESSWIRE
In which the author, generally a Norv Turner supporter, is ready to move on.
If any of you have been paying attention, you may have noticed I tend to be willing to give Norv the benefit of the doubt and one of the first to offer "perspective", maybe even go as far as to defend the guy. Given the Chargers' performance the last few games, I just can't do it anymore. I fully expect the Chargers to end up with their first losing record under Norv Turner. This team is stale, there's no life left in the players.
Yes, the offensive line is porous. Yes Philip Rivers is playing like we've never seen him play before (in a bad way). No longer are the Chargers scary good in December. No longer can the Chargers complete games. Got a halftime lead? That's great, it won't last.
I've come to the dark side. I now see what you all were harping about for weeks now. I'm with you. I'm on board. It's time for a new coach and a new system to be put into place.
That's just my opinion though. You may not share my opinion and in fact you may still support Norv. Maybe you're a fan of a division rival and enjoy seeing the Chargers flounder? Maybe you're forever a Norv lover? Whichever side you land on, your opinion matters, so sound off in the comments below and be sure to vote in the poll.
