Rumor has it that the LB coach Pagano is the favorite to replace him. What are your thoughts on him? I hear a lot of people (Charger fans) say that he should have got the job after Rivera left anyways...

But do you think our defensive woes were a Scheme/coaching issue, a personnel issue, or both? One last question. How many Defensive Coordinators have to be fired/hired/let go before the Head Coach is accountable for any of the team's failures?????
