PrintWhat a joke of a game that was!!! 4 turnovers, Brady shredding the defense, unprepared for the no-huddle attack??? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, TURNER???? Don't give me this upbeat crapola. You SUCK as a head coach and always will!!!! Last but not least, the goal line blunder!! Can you be a little more creative in critical situations??? I've seen the same approach time and time again in previous games....YOU'RE KIDDING, RIGHT??? Lets shove in down their throats over and over, maybe we'll get lucky??? When are you going to try something a little different in goal line situations??? Your offensive schemes are SO PREDICTABLE, it's not even funny!!! In fact, it's downright AWFUL!!!!
When will the owners finally decide, enough is enough?? The Chargers have turned into a DEVELOPMENTAL TEAM. They draft players, develop them, and then they go onto other teams!! WHAT UP WITH THAT, SMITH?? Drew Brees, Darin Sproles, Rodney Harrison, Junior Seau, Wes Welker, LT, Meriman, Cromartie....hmmm, are there any others? I'm sure there are!!!! The overall chemistry of this team is what drivers players away. I blame AJ Smith and Norv Turner for driving players away from this team. Sure Norv is a nice guy and the players love him because he does not DEMAND accountability. He says "thats okay guys, we're getting better all the time" Living in the perpetual dream world!!! Norv demands of his players to be a GOOD football team, but not a GREAT football team!!! There is so much lacking there, it's ridiculous!!!
Finally, as I've said before. DEFENSE wins championships!! The defense that I saw on Sunday was as awful as I've seen in years. You paid HOW MUCH FOR Eric Weddle????? He got shredded all game long!!! The coaching staff should have prepared the team better for the no-huddle attack!! They knew that Brady was going to come out and exploit that strategy and our offense should have countered with the same attack. But, nooooo. Lets just huddle up and try to figure it all out!!
Turnovers, untimely penelties, poor coaching. you name it, this game had it!!!!! I can see that the Chargers are the SAME OL CHARGERS. Can't win the big games when they need to be!!! They are the best underachieving team in the NFL. Don't count the Vikings game since McNabb is not the player he once was. If it was a Brady or Big Ben were leading the Vikings, the Chargers would have lost.
I hope that one day, the ownership of this team, finally figures it out???

35 Years
I’m obviously a very passionate fan and have followed this team for 35 years. It’s about time we won the big one, don’t you? I know that it’s early in the season, I’m just tired of the predictability of the way the team is run on a week to week basis.
On a serious note
Your passion doesn’t excuse the type of post you made. You might have made some valid points – but I don’t know because, like most people, I couldn’t get past the all bolded, shouting (CAPITALS), question marks everywhere vitriolic mess.
If you want your views to be read, you need to clean the spit off the keyboard and start again – use logical argument, evidence, and not abuse the screen like it’s your TV. Otherwise even the people who reply just to mock you, will get bored.
And, by the way – “If you don’t like my post – don’t read it” – is NOT an example of a logical argument.

but I actually enjoyed this fanpost more than your last one. All the bold, the capital letters, the exclamtion and question marks. There is a lot going on.

Thank you for your post.
It expresses EVERTHING that I have been saying for the last 3 weeks. As great of an offensive coordinator as Norv Turner is, the chargers need a real head coach.
