Steve Smiths Value?

Hello, I'm a Panther fan and was just wondering. If anyone of you guys were GM of the Chargers and you had to figure out what to trade for only Steve Smith, realistically, what Player, Draft pick, or combo of both would it be? Remember don't be a idiot, be fair!!!

I’d offer Buster Davis (our draft bust WR with 1st round talent but injury problems) and a 4th, maybe a 3rd.

i would offer a 4th

that could turn into a third based on incentives, but he would have to rework his contract.
i think that would be fair.

Yes seriously a 3rd. I know the guy is a beast but his contract isnt that great. When you trade a player you trade his contract, people tend to forget that
