Perhaps. Smith, the Carolina Panthers' diminutive dynamo, has declared that he wants out and listed the Chargers, Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Ravens as teams he would be interested in joining. The Chargers could certainly use him, with uncertainty hovering above Rivers' receiving corps.
