High Boltage Radio is coming strong with two full hours of San Diego Chargers talk from 10am to 11:45pm Pacific. Steve Adler and I will be discussing the Chargers loss to the Tim Tebows, their upcoming game against the Jaguars on MNF, A.J. Smith, the Chargers coaching staff, the Bolts' current injury issues and the rest of the AFC West.

The money is coming from banks, not Santa Clara, because they’re the San Francisco 49ers and not the Santa Clara 49ers. It’s different.

Spikes isn't what he used to be.
he can’t cover anymore. I studied this guy and he doesn’t have the ability to cover for more than 2 seconds. He’s better than Cooper was at stopping the run. But why he’s in on 3rd downs I don’t know. Especially when it’s a passing situation.

And the 208 yards rushing
are just 41.6 yards per quarter. When all you do is run,run,run,run,pass,run, option, run… it’s going to be the bulk of your offense

I don't mind Norv at all
but it bothers me how he is not in control of the situation more. Maybe if AJ gets fired and Norv is still there, Norv can show us a different personality?
Norv is not an emotional guy
when he knows what he is doing, he is not going to give up. There we go John got it down
Since there's higher chances that AJ is getting canned
would it make more sense to fire AJ and Norv after the Jaguars game?
interim GM would be awkward, no?

is there to evaluate the personal.The most important thing out of this move is to see if Norv changes in any way. I want to understand how much AJ is in control of Norv
Norv staying might not be that bad
Lovie Smith had his job in jeopardy after 3 seasons around .500 and no playoffs. But he got to stay, and turned the team around. Jeff Fisher also had 3 seasons, and has had nothing but 1 and done playoff runs in the last 6 years. He had chances to reform. Tom Coughlin too. Point being , many coaches have had bad runs and been kept and given a chance to turn the team around. This is Norv’s 5th year. Who’s to say next year he doesn’t take this team to 12-4 or at least 10-6? At least one playoff win?

I think it can go both ways
Maybe Manusky is a guy who likes veterans to play more than younger guys…let’s see who has such complaints about him Ron Rivera…the new DC plays in younger guys and develop them, so he is considered a better DC
People complained about Ron last year
people are never happy. Even Dick LeBeau’s defense has gotten shredded a few times. Dom Capers defense is weak, but the offense is so good no one cares.

I don’t see why it would be a joke. are you saying Raiders can not win the game against Dolphins? are you saying Raiders defense won’t be able to stop the dolphins offense?…yeah I know Bush has been running well and Raiders can not stop the run, but even Chargers stopped Matt Forte, so it’s a possibility. There is always surprises…I don’t see why what I said can be a joke (explain plz) :) maybe thomas can help explain to me since John is busy.
The idea that the Raiders are going to be more “pumped up” than normal for any reason is just silly.

Superduperboltman I’m pretty sure not everyone realizes the details you see…I just don’t like random things said without reasoning…he’s always injured is so not true, so idk what thomas is looking at.
You're not the only fan that doesn't like Castillo.
Much like yourself, most fans don’t pay attention to the play of the defensive line and thus have no understanding of what they do.
