Do I Have To "Suck It"?

I ask that question because Chargers linebacker, Shaun Phillips tweeted after yesterday's loss, "To all the fake fans suck it cause talking ish won't get us anywhere. How's your perfect life my point exactly." What an idiot! This guy is making millions standing on the sideline with an injury, while his "fake fans" keep paying their money and taking time away from their, "perfect life", just to watch his team play like crap. Mistake after mistake, all season long. Even the wins were unimpressive and against teams with losing records. Apparently, all fans are supposed to be thrilled with losing and kiss the players butts all week long no matter how many screw ups there are during each game. We should be tweeting the players worm and fuzzy thoughts so they can keep their self-esteem up. Give me a break. A real fan has passion for his or her team. A real fan will not tollorate their coach wasting timeouts in the fourth quarter. Real fans will not be okay with a first round running back who can't hold on to the football. Real fans will not sit quietly while a first round draft pick gets torched all day by receivers. A real fan will not appreciate watching the kick return team fall back to last yaers model. That being said, I will add that a real fan will show up again next Sunday and hope for the best. I'll be there at "The Q." next Sunday with my wife and eldest son, praying that I don't have to watch my team blow another winable game. As for Shaun Phillips....he can suck it.Chargers vs Bears coverage
