The Norv years. Certainly the best of times, and occasionally, the worst of times. With a team that is consistently rated as one  of the best in the NFL, you would think that we would be looking back on several Super Bowl appearances and maybe gazing at a ring or two......but no. We continue our relentless slide into oblivion and maybe a one way trip to Lost Angeles thrown in for good measure. Something is wrong with this picture and unless something is done (and done quick), opportunity will get tired of knocking, and that is something that ol' A.J. has got to deal with. Ya, ya, I know. Pointing a finger at one person usually isn't the answer, but unfortunately in this case it is sadly justified. This is where A.J. has got to show that he is willing to make those tough decisions that will make or break a sports franchise. He has to utter those two little words that will be unpopular to alot of people (me included), but will maybe kick start a  team that is slowly but surly sinking......."Goodby Norv".
