So now the Chargers are looking for a new Defensive Coordinator. Names like Greg Manusky, Dave Wannstedt and in house coaches like John Pagano and Steve Wilks have been mentioned in consideration. I dont think we should stop our search there.

Steelers have developed and had great linebacker play over the past years and Keith Butler has been a big reason why. He also has been an 8 year understudy to Dick LeBeau in his zone blitz scheme and I think the Chargers have the personnel to duplicate what they do. Personally i wouldn't mind that look. I would even interview Darren Perry, Packers secondary coach. Anyway, let me know who you think will be a good hire for us!
