Football is back! 4 more days and Chargers football is back, but for now....let's enjoy a game filled with players and players that actually have an impact on the season.
Lots to root for here. Root for Brett Favre or against him. Root for ex-Charger Drew Brees and San Diego native Reggie Bush. Root for a good game. Root for the city of New Orleans. Root for Percy Harvin, who seems like one of the tougher men on the planet (I couldn't imagine running with a migraine, much less getting hit). Whatever, it doesn't matter, ROOT FOR FOOTBALL!

Vikings were (are) my dad's team
And mine for a little while as well when I was a kid. So I love to see them win. Love for the Saints too, so I’m just looking for a good game here. Incidentally, not rooting for Favre.

My parents grew up in Minnesota, so I’ve always kind of had a soft spot for the Vikings.

When I lived in my old condo in Sabre Springs
It was a brand new development, and no one other than Papa Johns (across the street) would deliver to us. It was at the corner of Sabre Springs and Poway road.
Pizza Hut in Poway would tell us we’re too far and that PQ would deliver to us. PQ would tell us to call Poway. I called it the Pizza Hut Infinite Loop.
All three of the nearest Round Tables just flat out refused to deliver to us. Poway, RB and PQ. So if we really wanted RT Pizza and Wings, we’d drive up to PQ.
