The #Chargers have signed SS Quinton Teal, CB Dante Hughes and LS Ethan Albright and waived RB Curtis Brinkley.
LB James Holt (shoulder) and LS Ryan Neill (knee) have been placed on IR. Albright, in his 16th NFL season, is the fourth #Chargers LS.

No wonder Holt has been quiet
Obviously he’s still dealing with the same shoulder issue he had in the final games of last year. And F&$%# man how many long snappers is this team going to burn through
IMO
Wow.
I hope the injuries slow down.
They’re really piling up fast.
My theory is that crosby lost a few roster arguments on cut day and now he gets the guys he wanted…

So um,
Maybe we should switch to the 4-3 now that we are losing all these LBs.

No, I don't think you're an idiot. Please don't go trying to prove me wrong about that.

Waived him, not really cut outright
I assume they gonna put him back on the PS once he clears waivers.

Meh, nor is it a huge negative
His preseason performance was rather forgettable and his regular season contributions have been (and in all likelihood will continue to be)) nil.
I would take quality special teams players over Brinkley any day. And yes, he’s probably headed back to the PS anyway.
I take that as a huge positive
Means Mr. Mathews is going to be ready for Sunday.

so i take it they really want to limp forward with Mathews. a good thing
there are few teams that are looking for a good RB like Brinkley.
The peanut gallery has spoken!!!
