Jackson and McNeill, along with receiver Malcom Floyd have not signed their restricted free agents tenders. I knows that makes some fans nervous, but you don’t need to worry about it. These players aren’t going anywhere. Sure, the Chargers could trade these guys, but I expect them to all be in San Diego in 2010. There is just no rush. But if the players don’t sign their tenders, they don’t get paid. That's not going to happen.

Mathews was already the workhorse the Chargers expect him to be during the regular season, their first without LaDainian Tomlinson since 2000. He took a lot of reps during his first official practice as a Charger, and admits that everything didn't come easy.

Chargers Mathews

Mathews was the sleeper pick in the 2010 draft. Many a team picking 1 through 11 will regret not taking him. He is a bulldozer with speed. LT was great and still is but the biggest mistake A.J. Smut has made is trading Turner the Burner and keeping LT. Ryan MAtherws is the real deal. Him with Sproles will be awesome.

Turner was not traded. He was allowed to leave as a free agent.

From what I've seen of Mathews

He’s not much of a bulldozer. Or at least not any more than LT was in his prime. He does have a heck of a stiff arm though.

Has anyone seen an interview with Donald Butler during rookie camp?

Because I’ve searched and have dug up absolutely nothing. Why is this? I have seen or read an interview for all draft picks except Butler and Epps. But Epps was a 7th rounder, so I understand the reasoning on perhaps why he was overlooked.
