No, I don't think you're an idiot. Please don't go trying to prove me wrong about that.

A.J. is so insightful
"In Nathan Vasher, we’re adding a proven NFL player with experience in the league."

I should have just commented like that on all my picks in the mock draft
The post wouldn’t have taken as long to write.
Matthews – “He’s a running back and that’s where we plan to use him.”
Jackson – “We can revisit this later.”
Decker – “He can catch well and is big and strong which is what you want in WRs.”
Capers – “He’s a blocker and he can play.”
Sharpton – “We feel like linebacker is a position in the NFL where you need players.”
Nichols – “It’s important to have 3 quarterbacks on your roster.”
That was easy.

You should absolutely do that.

He was speaking
As if it were AJ saying it.

That gives away too much information. You can’t let people know that you needed a RB.

Nothing
I just like that he said what he all would expect him to say and did it to a “T”.

“We like the fact that he can return punts.”

Yup
KA says they played together and are close friends
He also tweets that he thinks we’ll still pick a CB somewhere in the draft and that we’re also looking at picking a safety if we can’t get the NT or RB we like in the first round.

Yeah that makes sense
Ive been saying trying to warn of early safety pick, much to the chagrin of many. With this second corner added I can almost feel it coming.
IMO
Yeah, but
You were saying they would pick a safety, not that they would pick a safety if the other stuff wasn’t there. There’s a key difference there. One that doesn’t cause chagrin.

so who will it be?
obviously berry is out of the question, but does earl thomas drop? does taylor mays get to beat out Kevin Ellison for playin time again? or do the chargers reach for nate allen or morgan burnett?
Well, eliminate Morgan Burnett
He belongs no where near the 1st 2nd or 3rd rounds. Probably not the 4th either.

Nate Allen at #40 book it
6’0" 207lbs 4.50
Played quite a bit of quasi cover 2 at South Florida.

I like the signing
of both Vasher and Strickland, I thought that we were a little thin a CB last season and with the loss of Cro it is nice to see a couple of vets brought in to compete.
The deal appears a little more expense then I though it would be
But I love that we have no one but two decent vets on two year deals now. It really does shuffle our board quite a bit, and allows us to pick BPA at DB instead of looking only at more true cover guys
