According to three people with knowledge of the process, Tomlinson has decided to become a New York Jet.
"It's 100 percent," one source said. "Done deal."
The deal is expected to be announced today or tomorrow.
One source cautioned late last night that a decision has not yet been officially made. But the others said today that Tomlinson has let people know he is going to New York.

LT just told me he doesn’t know where he’s going yet. That means he doesn
I’m confused.
No, I don't think you're an idiot. Please don't go trying to prove me wrong.

So he gets to be the backup to...
the douchebag that mocked his teardrop TD celebration. Nice.
Between being our most recent playoff loss, Cro, and LT, the Jets are shaping up to be our big rivalry team this coming season…
The tear drop celebration is dumb
I would have mocked it too, anytime you have a patented end zone celebration its going to get mocked; and it should because its bush league.
Good riddance
The guy was poison to this team the last couple of years.

poison is little too strong a word
But I understand the sentiment.

Little was probably unnecessary.

Good Luck LT
I think the Jets are high to run TJ out of town to sign LT, but I’ll root for the J-E-T-S Jet Jets Jets until we see them in the playoffs.
Actually, I take this back.
It’s not the Raiders, Broncos, or Chiefs and that’s something to be thankful for.
Oh internet, what a wicked web you weave.
Makes sense...
for a rapidly declining RB in the twilight of his career to want to play for a team that runs the ball the best (and one of the most) in the league, right? I assume they will be playing on artificial turf in the new stadium, and I wonder if LT will even be able to last 2 more years running on that crap. He will always be a Charger in my book, along with Seau, but it is sad to see him prolong his career with another team.
Do or do not. There is no try.
My understanding
Is that the new field has grass.

Yeah, they really don’t use artificial turf anymore.

It's going to awfully hard
falling down on that frozen “grass” in the winter then. LT never really struck me as a great cold weather player to begin with, so this should be interesting.
Do or do not. There is no try.
wiggity whack.
Gary Potter: Harness in the good energy, block out the bad. Harness. Energy. Block. Bad. It's like a carousel. You put the quarter in, you get on the horse, it goes up and down, and around. Circular, circle. Feel it. Go with the flow.
Happy Gilmore: Psycho.
he signed with team the runs the ball. WELL.
and now as they say, when the season starts, we’ll see how much the “declining, washed up” RB has left in the tank. i always felt it took 3 parts to make a run game work. a good RB. good run blocking. and good play design. if one of those three is not “good” the other two don’t matter.
LT, good luck my man. thanks for the memories….
The peanut gallery has spoken!!!
