so an RB with the 28th pick?

yeah just like the chargers were going to pick Bennie wells, eh Kevin? look i’m going to bow down with the experts and say the chargers will look for RB’s in the 3, 4, 5th rounds. you can’t “replace” LT. we just need a guy that can run between the tackles, lower his shoulders and pick up 4 or 5 yards.

so we’ll see, i don’t make the calls, i’m just a fan.

Even though the RB class this year is so deep, the RBs are making great showings at the combine and if anything their stock as a group is going up. Compound that with a lot of teams needing RBs this year, the Chargers may not have the luxury to wait until the later rounds for a good running back. That’s all Kevin’s point was.

i understand his point.

the fact is the chargers have needs in other areas. and don’t need to draft that high for a RB. no matter who they get, it won’t change their running game. much.
