Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

On LT...

Hey guys, quick thoughts from a Rams fan. I just want to say that, as I watch LT's press conference, I'm truly touched. In this era of media/money driven sports, watching a guy like LT get emotional because he's leaving a pro team like that was extremely refreshing. It sincerely felt like he was part of the city, playing for the love of the game, and just genuinely sad to leave his home of 9 years. I loved every minute of the conference. It's always sad as fans when "the guy" just doesn't have it anymore. I went through it with Marshall Faulk in 03/04 as a Rams' fan. But as I watch LT, and Faulk back then, I see guys that gave it their all for the right reasons. Truly football heroes we can be proud of. Godspeed LT. I wish him the best as I'm sure most of you do. Good luck next season guys.

I honestly think that a return to respectability is on the horizon for SDSU football.

Coach Hoke will do a great job for that program. 6-7 wins next season minimum.

This off-season officially sucks for FIVE reasons and counting...
