Over the last decade the Chargers, with all of the talent, should have won at least "ONE" Superbowl.  Why haven't we done this with ALL OF THIS TALENT?  I'm pointing the finger at the coaching.  From Marty to Norv they shown how to take great talent and make it mediocre.  I hope Kansas City wins out the next 2 games.  Why?  Because every time we go to the playoffs we LOSE!!!  

The only way to get us to the holy land will be to get rid of Norv and get a real coach here in San Diego why we have the talent.  Look what Boss Ross did when he took us to the promise land.  That team didn't hold a candle to the Chargers of late but you know what the difference was?  COACHING. 

As we sit out the post season we have nobody to blame but our coaches.  Let's get someone like John Gruden in here and get a ring out of this team before we turn back  into the Doug Flutie, Harbaugh, Ryan Leaf teams of old.
