I kind of liked it when the Browns and Oilers changed their names to the Ravens and Titans upon moving.
Here are my suggestions for re-branding the Chargers in LA:
The Los Angeles Paparazzi (think "The Miami Heat")
The Los Angeles Football Lakers (think "New York Football Giants")
The Los Angeles Illegal Immigrants (ruh roh I went there)
The Los Angeles Metro (this could have a nice double meaning for the subway and metrosexual LA wannabe actor/models)
