The Chargers signed the WR and special teams player today and re-released OT Adam Terry. Terry had just been re-signed when Buster Davis was put on IR.
Kelley Washington spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles in 8 year career. He was a key special teams contributor to the 2007 AFC Champion New England Patriots that finished the regular season undefeated and beat the San Diego Chargers in the AFC Championship game.
