Fell asleep at the wheel...

While driving towards a cliff. Right.

There were enough eye-witnesses around that we should know if this was even a possibility.

I don't buy it ether

We have about 50 miles of costline. Probably 5 miles where the road runs along a bluff like that. And of that type of road you’d be hard pressed to find a section of road where there is no guard rail. Basically you have to try to be in that spot, and once you are there…. You know your rig can take flight.

Plus I don’t know where Junior’s house is, but it looks like his car was heading south towards Solana Beach (away from Oceanside and towards central booking in downtwown). The events are very close together, none of it adds up.

Dang!

Good thing that wasn’t a shear cliff! Looking at the pics I can see how he came out unscathed.

I'm going to hell

I laughed.

Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? ◔ヮ◔

Car was hardly even wrecked

Looks more like a cry for attention then trying to go through with any sort of suicide.

Sign that you’re having a bad day #37:
You have to explain to people that what you just did wasn’t a suicide attempt.

yeah sure jr

you just fell asleep while driving around your cliff. cause it would be super easy to sleep after realizing your entire image has been ruined and you might do jail time. i tooooottally believe you. and yes im patronizing

These pretzels are making me thirsty!

Makes sense.

Probably spent the whole evening arguing with his 25yr old chick, eventually went upside her head. He spends the rest of the night in some holding cell. Even though he posted bail, he didn’t get out till the morning. I’d be tired too.

by koloco9 on Oct 18, 2010 5:41 PM PDT reply actions

Yep, agreed

Exhausted and emotional means he’s paying minimal attention to the road. I can definitely see how it can happen.

I can certainly recall a time when I’ve been up for a long time and am thinking of a million other things and the next thing I know, I’ve drifted into another lane. Make me a little more tired, a heck of a lot more distracted, and put me next to a cliff and this could easily happen.

if anything,

maybe he drove to the beach just to relax and gather himself, fell asleep and accidentally shifted into drive? or forgot the parking break?

that’d be my guess.

I could probably believe…
I took some GHB to get some sleep after this whole ordeal, and it hit me faster than I expected.

I cold get behind that explanation.

I could visualize Jr. still chasing a young man’s physique. With all the "supplements" that come with the pursuit. Body builders have been using the G for years to deep and control their recover cycle. And the purity and type of GHB available on the street is highly variable. OD and unexpected reactions are a very common occurrence for GHB.

Probably not the best of excuses, but the whole suicide angle… that is a very serious deal.
