Redskins at Chargers, 2nd Half Thread

PrintThe first half ends with the Redskins up 14-13. Malcom Floyd had a career day yardage-wise by the end of the 1st Quarter. Antonio Gates is now alone in second place on the Chargers career touchdown receptions list behind only Lance Alworth having passed Gary Garrison with his score today.
The Chargers starters who actually suited up for the game looked to have no problem moving the ball on offense or completely shutting down the opposition on defense. I can't say the same for the back ups who were on the field during the 2nd Quarter. Billy Volek and the offense should be able to put up points in the second half, but with the Redskins marching up and down the field at will it might not be enough.
