Oben's first choice for new DC if Ron Rivera leaves is Pagano. Can't say I see anything wrong with that.

That’s something I’ve been struggling with a bit since the game…..is it time to question Rivers as a playoff QB?
I don’t think he posted a QB rating of lower than 84 all season this year. Yet, in the playoffs he’s only been above 84 in 3 out of the 7 games. In those games the team is 1-3.

I don't think so.
Sometimes you have a bad game. This year, we were unfortunate enough to have it happen in a playoff game instead of a regular season game.

Playoffs, shmayoffs
We’ve all watched Rivers march down the field earlier, when the season was seemingly on the line. I don’t like the idea that because we categorize certain games a certain way, players can’t play in them. I think when things are going wrong, he wants to win so bad, he tries to do too much. Everyone did that, it seemed.

you know
the same was said for Peyton….I just think all aspects have to line up for a team to make it to a championship.Running,Passing,ST,Coaching, the stars the fans, shit, the temperature of the got dammed gatorade…literally everything has to be in perfect harmony with each other.Unfortunately this was not the case with us on Sunday.Miscues and bumbling galore was our story.
Rivers had the 3rd highest DYAR for the weekend
Behind only Brees and Manning. Pretty much right where you’d expect him to be.
Plus, he was playing hurt in a couple of his previous games and the other was his first one he ever played in.
I'm the first person to admit that I'm wrong about a lot of things, but I'm going to be the last person to admit I'm wrong about what we're currently talking about.

I think
the choke job seemed to be more of a team ‘effort’ if you know what I mean. They beat the Colts last year with a measly 8-8 record but make a bunch of stupid mistakes combined with Nate Kaeding leaving his nerves at home.
It was a combination of their ‘05 and ’07 choke jobs if you ask me. You think guys like Vincent Jackson would grow up after all these screw-ups and past stupid mistakes from former teammates like Drayton Florence. I guess they’ll never learn at this rate.
