if you want to give her the benefit of the doubt, what she might have meant is “I’m allergic to alcohol, therefore I should not drink, even though I do.”

If she actually intended to say that she does not drink, then that’s just jaw-dropping.

She was drunk and she was trying to leave and Shawne Merriman is a stand up guy and he tried to stop her.

Or maybe she doesn’t drink and she had everyone fooled, including the sherrifs. And maybe Merriman physically abused her, in a drunken rage, but somehow I doubt it.

Im sure MTV has a clip of her actually taking a shot or drinking some kind of alcohol. Ive been around people like this before and ive seen people break out into rashes and hives, they would always test the waters to see how many drinks they can actually handle before any of these break outs and im sure she has. Look she said she is alergic to alcohol but she never said she NEVER drinks alcohol either. So that doesnt really justify that she wasnt drunk or drank something that night. Now what’s sad is that she twittered all these stuff up… so what now… She gonna call herself a liar that she doesnt drink cause she’s allergic to alcohol? Cmon get your story straight and save yourself the embarrassment! Clearly there were no signs of abuse!

This is a sad time for Chargers Fans all over the country… I cant imagine what else Merriman can do that would keep him as a Charger… We all love him and appreciate his skills on the field and appreciate what he does for his community as well.

Employees who waited on the couple told Brennan that the MTV star had multiple shots of tequila and was drinking from a bottle of vodka. The nightclub mogul said he felt compelled to step forward after Tequila posted a message on her Twitter page Sunday night, claiming that she was allergic to alcohol.
