Larry English returned to practice after six practices sidelined by a tight hamstring. He looked fresh and fast. The coaches are piling the information on him and so far he is processing everything and performing well.

LT: 85 percent sure he'll play in preseason
I'm for this, all the way. Although I understand the logic, I never would've kept him out in the preseason as much as the Chargers have. Not only does it go against what other great RBs have done it the past, I think it separates him from his teammates by not having him "in the battle" with them from the beginning.
Late notes: Bowe third on depth chart - AFC West - ESPN
Dwayne Bowe must really be in the doghouse of new Kansas City coach Todd Haley. Bowe is listed on the third team on the Chiefs' new depth chart.
What to make of Marshall's demotion - AFC West - ESPN
Brandon Marshall's "demotion" has to be attributed to one of two things. He is currently No. 2 because he hasn't practiced in eight days after suffering an apparent hamstring injury or the Broncos are punishing Marshall for asking to be traded in June. Or maybe it is a combination of both.
