Chargers Assign Numbers to Undrafted Free Agents
The Chargers have assigned numbers to the eighteen undrafted players they signed following the 2009 NFL Draft. All but three of them are being forced to change their number either due to NFL rules or because their college number is already taken by somebody on the Chargers team.

LBs can only have numbers in the 50s or 90s. Maybe they’re switching him to fullback :-)

These are training camp numbers
Beckwith and the WRs would be required to change their numbers if they made the team. Everyone else would seemingly be fine.

Not all the WRs
Martin could keep his. WRs are allowed to keep numbers between 10 and 19 now. The Keyshawn Johnson rule was established in 2004.
