Speed Factor Redux
OK, our handy speed factor formula from football outsiders went like this:
(Weight*200)/(40 yard dash time^4)
Basically most successful running backs would have a rating at least above 100. If we run our newest addition, Gartrell Johnson through he comes out at a tepid 89 with a weight of 219 and 40 time of 4.71. Just for grins I ran V. Martin through at 330 and 4.96 and he comes out at 109, better than Beanie Wells, Knowshon Moreno or Donald Brown. Only Andre Brown and Cedric Peerman rank better.

He has the frame to put on more weight
I would say that he should not worry about his top speed, but rather his burst and put on more weight.
Nothing quite like a RB running over an ILB (I miss Turner)
