The San Diego Chargers selected Offensive Guard Tyronne Greene from Auburn with the 133rd pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. He will provide the Chargers with depth at the Offensive Guard and Center positions.

Acee says he will play center
Green is a center now
There was some confusion about what position Tyronne Green plays.
He finished his career as a guard at Auburn after entering the program as a defensive tackle. The NFL listed him as a defensive tackle on its web site.
The Chargers took him to play center, a position at which he worked in offseason drills for Auburn.
