Chargers strong safety Clinton Hart knows that the 2008 season wasn’t his best, and he’s doing everything he can to deliver a better showing in 2009.

I love Clinton Hart

A great story of how he came to the league and overcame so much to become a starter. He came to my daughter’s school two or three years ago and remains one of the two Chargers my daughters can name (he and LT)

I always thought he was an above average safety, but last year definately shot some holes in that. I like his self-awareness, he knows he had a down year and seems to be honest with himself about his flaws that caused it. I’m all for bringing in some young talent to take his position, but it wouldn’t surprise he if he is still the starter coming out of camp. It also wouldn’t surprise me if he had a decent year (of course, I can also see him repeating last year)
