Another club would have to give up a second rounder to steal either of them. I could see someone going after Floyd.

I may be wrong
But I think we still have the ability to match any offer made to the player.
I also think Floyd’s collapsed lung may scare people off for another season. It may seem like it’s not that big of a deal, but I remember Tim Dwight never really being much of a factor after coming back from his.
I like Gordon a lot and it wouldn’t surprise me if we lost him next year, but nobody is giving up a 2nd rounder for him.

But, if a team is willing to give up a 2nd rounder, then they will be paying starter’s money for them. The Chargers won’t match on either of these guys if they are being offered starters money.
