Awesome
Now if we could just get Scifres picked up, we could have DUIs in all three facets of the game.

This is getting ridiculous
I’ve lost some of my respect for Jamal. These are sad times.
1-10-DEN 18 (9:52) (Shotgun) 6-J.Cutler pass short right intended for 19-E.Royal INTERCEPTED by 93-L.Castillo (95-S.Phillips) at DEN 18. 93-L.Castillo to DEN 14 for 4 yards (62-C.Wiegmann). 6-J.Cutler pouts ob to DEN 25 for 11 yards.
We seem to have a lot of trouble with cops
-Steve Foley
-Jamal Williams
-Vincent Jackson
-Shaun Phillips
-Terrence Kiel
i’m probably missing some people. i’m sick of this. you know, this is either on the players or the owner. i’ve heard some owners (such as Kraft in NE) offer free car service for their players at any time, for free and to anywhere. that way if a player even gets pulled over for “suspicion of DUI” they have absolutely no excuse. im tired of hearing people saying “he’s so rich, why didnt he just get a cab?” i dont know, cause he’s stupid and thinks he’s invincible. but there’s a pattern on the team and we need to find a way to break it.
Kiel was off the team by then
But it’s definitely becoming an issue. I sure there is some other Chargers that did the same thing, but it didn’t happen in SD so we didn’t hear about it.

exactly
and a.j. let him stay till the end of the season but it was dead man walking the whole year. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that was the same year as Mr. Foley’s unfortunate incident with masker.
Bring back Balboa Stadium.
Huh?
I was talking about his death from DUI. The cough syrup thing is a different story.

this gets in the way of the marble statue i want built
Prove your innocence, Mr. Williams. Until then, the statue plans shall be in a holding pattern.
I mean, really? I believe that unlike for doctors and politicians and lawyers and sometimes other famous people, a DUI for a professional athlete is still not considered a career-killer. Unlike for many athletes, in the careers I just listed it takes public trust in your good judgement to maintain your job. For better or worse, the perception is that athletes can be “jocks” and physical performance on the field is the end-all-be-all of their paycheck. We’re not asking them to spend our tax dollars wisely or save lives or really even to know “when to say when.” Instead, as a culture we let all this slide. Imho, a professional is a professional; I don’t care what job we are talking about. That takes commitment, dedication, and good judgement at work and away. He made a mistake but he should have known better…especially in California.
quick note: I had a few things I needed to take care of but bow I’m back on the blog on a regular basis by the end of the month. missed you all, I’m sure.
