That was fast...
This week was the 1st real indication that that the Chargers and the city were actually talking to each other. This makes it seem more like this has been in the works for a few months.

Get this DONE!!
It sounds as if they are acutely aware of what is going on up the road in the City of Industry and are preparing to match Roski step for step. I like it!
Do or do not. There is no try.

I agree
but I’m worried it will turn into a “too posh, too fancy” kind of football stadium, with as many luxury boxes as regular seats. And sushi. I kinda like the rough/grungy feel of the Murph. It seems like a more appropriate location to watch football in than, say, the Cowboys new stadium. But as long as the Chargers are in SD I’m fine!

Based on the article...
I think we’d end up with something that looks like an open air version of Ford Field. Space is going to be tricky, although Seattle managed to fit Qwest Field in about the same amount of space.

Ford Field
very similar with all the boxes on one side… not sure if I like that. Because you know the boxes will be on the shade side. Some of us have grown accustomed to sitting on that side.

what
that was supposed to say “I heart artist’s renderings”, with a less than symbol and a 3 for “heart.” Whatever, I’ve already spent too much time explaining this.

L.A. is cool depending where to live
I just don’t want the Chargers leaving my hometown of San Diego, especially when I live less than 5 minutes from the stadium right now.

If it goes down...
It will probably be the most modern and sophisticated stadium and development on the west coast for sure.A modern metropolis if you would, great for the fans and the city(fingers crossed).

SO EXCITED
It’s a great Idea. Let’s build a beautiful stadium in San Diego and every year we can rebuild it because of fires! This is a job that keeps on giving.
I joke. That is awesome!
