Dante Hughes resigned and Simeon Castille waived. In basically what was a swap of players that made the same move last week.

Maybe we will just keep signing one and waiving the other

My guess they still want to try their project with Hughes and Castille was more of a guy who could fill in short term if we needed him for KC.

I figured this would happen when no one replaced Castille on the practice squad.

well, AJ got what he wanted.

four CB’s, and he didn’t have to give anything up for him. so for what it’s worth AJ seems to be trying to shore up that pass defense problem, so the LB’s aren’t dropping into coverage as much.

Funny how the Chargers had arguably 5 CBs (with Gregory becoming the Nickel CB) against the Chiefs (who only have 2 good receivers) and only 3 against the Broncos (who have at least 4 good receivers).

Sounds to me

Like they like Hughes, but felt Castille knew the system better just in case Cro’s injury caused him to come out.

Was this from the movie where plants secrete chemicals that more or less kill everyone?

If it was…WORST MOVIE EVER.

Coups on this clip though, very appropriate :)

It was

“The Happening”. Strangely enough, you can see my apartment in this movie in the background of the last scene.
