I hadn't heard
That the Sunrise Power Link had been approved. I remember that a while back they were talking about that approval being a big hurdle in getting the power plant site. Anybody heard what the next big hurdle is for that site?

I thought Measure B
or whichever one that had to do with the waterfront development that got slaughtered by voters was a defacto referendum on the Chargers getting a stadium. I hope they get one, but my major concern is if they have capacity at 55,000, per the plans that I read when the stadium designs were published, the NFL would thumb their nose at San Diego for ever hosting another Super Bowl. Capacity HAS to be at least 70,000 for the NFL to bring its championship game here.

That was different
That was a longshot possible stadium site that no one really said was going to be used for a stadium until it was on the ballot. The Chargers never really targeted that location, but their official stance was that they were interested in the results of the vote.
