News Around the Net
An article from the Union Tribune on the defense in Sunday's game.
This is M. Silver on Brady and opening weekend happenings.
Even with Sunday's loss, Vegas is liking the Bolts after Brady was injured and out for the season.
Here were the inactive Bolts for Sunday's game. Buster was out with a groin injury again, he appears to have talent, but I'm starting to wonder if he is going to put it all together. I was also surprised to see that Waters wasn't active with Cooper on suspension.
A little something from the North County Times on what happened with the wide receivers on Sunday.
Finally the Broncos just destroyed the Raiders on Monday Night Football. I have questions about their defense, but their offense is for real this year. It's still early, but it looks like it will be a battle for the division this year.

Welcome to SBN Da Bolts!
And thanks to the Chargers for that big “W” the Panthers enjoyed on Sunday!

That Broncos game is one that Schottenheimer could win with this team.
He’d run the ball and own the clock. That’s what they need to do, too, if they want to get back to even with the Division.
