It was five weeks ago that Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri booted a game-winning 51 yard FG through San Diego's uprights, winning a hard fought contest between the Colts and Chargers. It also seems like that game was a thousand years ago. Since that game, neither the Colts nor the Chargers have lost a game. Since then, both teams have changed significantly. They've changed so much that I have returned, once again, to answer any and all questions you might have about the Colts.
Before I answer specific questions, I'll just say that I think this game is the best one on the docket for "Wildcard Weekend." These teams match-up well, and have gotten great QB play of late. While Colts fans are a bit annoyed at the circumstances (a 12-4 team traveling to an 8-8 team), the bottom line is records really mean nothing now. What these teams did in the regular season means about as much as all the financial advice I got 6 months ago... BEFORE our economy tanked.
This will be a very, very good playoff game, folks. Looking forward to it. Ask away.
