The Buffalo Bills have little to play for but their pride over the final two games of the regular season, so they’re contemplating starting a third-string quarterback who has thrown only two NFL passes and hasn’t played in a game that mattered in five years. After all, there’s not much left to lose.

Ugly

Not much for them to lose…

HELL NO

YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!

And you play to give the Chargers a chance to make the playoffs…

But, but

Trent Edwards’ groin. It needs to be tested in game conditions.

Plus, I don’t want to root for a stupid Hoosier.

I ♥ Trent Edwards' groin

Apparently

Hamdan was the best damn QB in Amsterdam.

I hate to say it...

but it does not look good for the Bolts right now. I really really really want the final game of the season to mean something, but if the Bills are going to play a third string qb, it will take nothing short of a miracle for the Broncos to lose this game. Man, all those last second losses really hurt right now. Not to mention all the bogus penalties, calls and non-calls that have gone against the Chargers this season. I am sure in each of the Bolts losses there is at least one play/call made by the refs that had a direct impact on the outcome of the game (ie, Hochuli call, countless phantom PI calls in the New Orleans, Indy and Atl game). Not fun to think about really.

If the Chargers and Broncos both win this weekend, we can thank Ed Hochuli for Week 17 not mattering.
